These terms apply to the SENEKA app and its web pages, provided by Caner Kaya. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What SENEKA is

SENEKA is a game of everyday dilemmas for reflection and fun. Profiles, traits, archetypes and compatibility scores describe patterns in your choices inside the App. They are not a psychological, medical, clinical or hiring assessment, and must not be used to make decisions about other people, such as employment.

SENEKA Plus

• SENEKA Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Sharing

Do not use nicknames or links to harass anyone or to share content that is unlawful. Offensive names are filtered automatically. You can hide and report a name in the App (long-press it), use the Report link on any shared page, or email us; we act on reports within 24 hours and may remove shared content that breaks these terms.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
